NOT PICKED YOUR FANTASY FOOTBALL TEAM YET? WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

According to reports, Ofer Eini - charmain of the Israel Football Association - is "considering the possibility" of bringing Keane into the national fold.

However, Israeli outlet ONE did add that an official approach has not yet been made.

Israel are currently under the leadership of Elisha Levy - but are already seven points adrift of the pace in their 2018 World Cup qualifying group.

After six games, the nation have won three and lost three of their Group G matches, to trail Albania, Italy and Spain on nine points.

67-cap former Ireland international Keane has some experience of first-team management.

Before taking on stints as assistant manager at Aston Villa and Ireland, he led Ipswich and Sunderland between 2006 and 2011.

Through his managerial career, Keane has won 70 of his 181 games, for an overall win rate of just 38.7 per cent.
