Jeremy Toljan snubs Tottenham for Borussia Dortmund as Mauricio Pochettino’s transfer turmoil continues ahead of new season
Hoffenheim right-back was also being chased by Italian champions Juventus but has opted to remain in Germany
TOTTENHAM’S transfer turmoil continues with reports claiming they’ve lost out to Borussia Dortmund in the race for Hoffenheim star Jeremy Toljan.
TMW insists the right-back, also wanted by Juventus, has snubbed interest from abroad and agreed to join German giants Dortmund instead.
Spurs were desperate to sign Toljan this summer after cashing in on Kyle Walker.

The England international was shipped off to Manchester City for a whopping £50million.
But Mauricio Pochettino is back to square one in his hunt for a replacement after Toljan opted to remain in the Bundesliga.
Tottenham are the only Premier League club yet to make a signing this summer, despite proving their credentials last season with a second-place finish.
Their lack of depth was shockingly clear during the pre-season defeat to title rivals City.
And one man who feels Spurs need to land at least two more top signings is Danny Rose.
Tottenham transfer news
Speaking exclusively to SunSport, the left-back insists Pochettino is wrong with his positive stance over the lack of transfers.
Rose particularly laments the loss of close friend Walker and has vowed to play for a northern club before calling it a day.
But Tottenham fans will be extremely concerned by Rose’s desire to win trophies as soon as possible.
Chelsea and Manchester United are believed to be hovering, and the 27-year-old could yet be on his way out of north London before the end of the month.
