ARSENAL and Liverpool target Julian Draxler "will move to the Premier League before August 31", according to reports in France.
The German midfielder is on the market at Paris Saint-Germain as they look to recoup some of the £198million they splashed out on Neymar.
And RMC journalist Daniel Riolo claims he will be playing in England this season — with Anfield or the Emirates his most likely destination.
Liverpool are still uncertain over the future of Barcelona target Philippe Coutinho, while Alexis Sanchez is likely to leave Arsenal.
And Draxler would be a suitable replacement for either.
The 23-year-old was initially impressive when he moved to the French capital — and shone as he scored in the famous 4-0 victory over Barcelona.
Several PSG players are on the market as the club look to earn enough money to comply with Uefa's Financial Fair Play laws.
And Draxler is likely to rake in a hefty fee due to his age and ability.
