Manchester United could hijack Manchester City’s chase for Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez
ALEXIS SANCHEZ looks likely to be on his way to Manchester - but there is now confusion over which club.
According to reports, Manchester United have been offered the Chilean forward after their rivals City looked runaway front-runners for his signature.
United are unlikely to progress with the deal though after being offered the 28-year-old, who is "desperate" to leave Arsenal.
The Independent have reported that Sanchez wants to go to City and rekindle his working relationship with former Barcelona boss Pep Guardiola.
