Manchester City starlet Jadon Sancho completes £9m move to Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund
The England youth international finally secures switch away from the Etihad to Germany after rejecting the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham
MANCHESTER CITY starlet Jadon Sancho has completed a £9million move to Borussia Dortmund.
The 17-year-old attacker's switch was finally confirmed on Thursday after a summer of uncertainty.
And it appears he will be wearing Barcelona new boy Ousmane Dembele's old shirt as he posed with the No7 top after penning his contract.
Pep Guardiola recently offered the youngster a new £30,000-a-week contract to try and persuade the ace.
Sancho quickly rejected the offer due to his worries over a route into the first-team at the Etihad.
The Citizens remained adamant that they would keep the teenager this summer, but they have finally admitted defeat.
Sancho is yet to make his debut for City, but he shot to prominence after winning the Golden Ball at this summer’s European Under-17 Championships.

He tallied five goals, five assists and played an integral role in 10 of England’s 15 goals.
Dortmund were not alone in their quest to secure the teenage prodigy’s signature.
Real Madrid, RB Leipzig, Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham had all indicated interest in the winger.
The teenager had not trained with the City side for over a month following the player’s US tour snub.
But his transfer turmoil is now over as Dortmund unveiled the prodigy this afternoon.
Sancho was last week included in the England U18 squad. He could win his first cap at that level against Brazil on Friday before then preparing to tackle South Africa on Monday.
