Chelsea, Tottenham and Man City reveal stylish new CAMO third-kits ahead of first use later this month

CHELSEA, Manchester City and Tottenham have launched new third kits - all with a camouflage design.

The Premier League duo have revealed their brand new designs in a joint unveiling of a new range from kit manufacturers Nike.

Chelsea's effort is different shades of grey, while Tottenham will wear a purple number and City will be wearing dark green.

All three strips are identical in style and design, and have the club name written at the bottom rear of the shirt. The official match shirt will cost £90 with a replica jersey priced at £60.

Chelsea will wear their strip for the first time later this month when they take on Atletico Madrid in the Champions League in the club's stunning new Wanda Metropolitano stadium on Septmeber 27.

City are also expected to wear it for the first time in the Champions League, while Spurs will used the strip as their primary away kit in Europe this season.

Manufacturers Nike say their new Nike AeroSwift kits are ten per cent lighter and dry 25 per cent faster than their previous strips.

They claim all their kits are specially designed for players to play at full speed with "geometric knit zones that enhance fit and comfort".

Chelsea begin their challenge for the Champions League tonight at Stamford Bridge against Azerbaijan minnows FC Qarabag.

Tottenham take on Borussia Dortmund at Wembley on Wednesday, while City travel to Holland to take on Feyenoord tomorrow.

But the big reveal has not gone down with fans, with many taking to Twitter to voice their anger at all thee being identical in design.

@CCoopz17 wrote: "As a Chelsea fan I've never been more uninspired by that third kit. Nike has just copy and paste to all the clubs they produce kit for."

And "parkbenchpoet said: "Why are all the new Nike third kits the same! I don't want the same kit as Tottenham and City thank you very much."

Many have been quick to point out at the Premier League trio are not the only ones to have the same design.

It has emerged that Nike now produce nine third kits for different big clubs - all of them in the same design including Barcelona, Inter Milan and Roma.
