INTER MILAN want Mauro Icardi to sign a new contract with a £190MILLION release clause, according to reports.
Icardi, 24, only penned an extension in October last year with a £100m clause that was only open to foreign clubs.
But now Premier Sport are claiming Inter chiefs do not see that as a big enough deterrent and will table a new deal to Icardi and his wife and agent Wanda.
The deal would see £90m added on to any bid from another club to prise the Argentine away from the San Siro.
And they would also bump up Icardi's wages in a hope to stop him leaving the club in the near future.
Manchester United and Arsenal have both been linked with moves for Icardi is the past.
And the crazy summer transfer window has forced Inter to rethink their contracts with their top stars.

They then seemingly got around Financial Fair Play regulations by taking Monaco's Kylian Mbappe on loan with an obligation to buy for £165m next summer.
And that forced Barca to spend a whopping £135million on Borussia Dortmund striker Ousmane Dembele.
Icardi found the back of the net 24 times in the Serie A last season and has already netted five in three appearances this term.
The Nerazzurri captain insisted he would not be leaving Inter in May and intends to guide the club back into the Champions League.
