West Ham boss Slaven Bilic angers Hammers faithful after claiming Tottenham play the best football in the Premier League
Under-pressure Croatian boss will see his team face derby rivals at the London Stadium on Saturday
WEST HAM manager Slaven Bilic has upset the Hammers faithful - calling bitter rivals Tottenham the best attacking team in the Premier League.
The east London club face their north London rivals in a derby on Saturday lunchtime, with Croatian Bilic under a huge amount of pressure after a poor start to the season.
West Ham have won just one of their first five games this season, with Bilic also involved in a bizarre public spat with co-chairman David Sullivan.
His decision to play Javier Hernandez as a winger has also drawn huge criticism from West Ham fans.
And talking up rivals Spurs will not have done him any favours either.
He said: "For me they are the team that plays the most attractive football and definitely one of the contenders to win the league.
"They have patterns, they have individual quality, they have pace and they are a team building up for three years now.
"That for me makes them maybe the best team, or the most attractive definitely."

Bilic will be hoping for a similar result to the last time the two teams met in May.
West Ham won 1-0, ending Spurs' title hopes.
"We’ve been great against Spurs recently, especially at home, but also away – in the last one away we lost 3-2," he added.
"We were winning 2-1 with two minutes to go.
"We always get a special performance, OK, it’s a derby, and I’m wishing to get these performances no matter who we play. But it’s a special atmosphere and we all remember those."
Record signing Marko Arnautovic will play his first Premier League game since his opening day red card against Southampton.
The forward played in the Carabao Cup win against Bolton in midweek.
