Jose Mourinho and star-studded Manchester United squad jet down to Southampton
MANCHESTER UNITED have flown out the traps in their rampant start to the season and things continued to be plane sailing for them on Friday.
Jose Mourinho and his men take on Southampton at St Mary's on Saturday afternoon as they look to continue their title charge with another win.
And the club were keen to ensure that their hopes of victory were not hampered by hours of travelling from the North West down to the South Coast.
So that meant that the Red Devils took to the skies as Mourinho and his star-studded squad used United's private plane to jet down to the bottom of the country.
But the gaffer and his men had to be quick on their feet to avoid the downpour as they darted over the tarmac to board the aircraft.
Airport staff shielded themselves from the lash down with umbrellas.
However, but the Premier League big boys were offered no such protection as they skipped along the concrete.
United are currently joint-top in the table after the red-hot opening to the campaign.
