Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp insists he could write a book on how to defend in TWO hours
The German boss was left fuming with his Kop flops after conceding twice against Leicester - and ten goals in their last three Premier League away fixtures
JURGEN KLOPP told his Kop flops: I could write a book on defending in two hours.
The Reds have leaked TEN goals in three league trips and Klopp said: “We concede too much - there’s no doubt.
“That’s really hard for me because I’m a really good defensive coach.”
It is the first time Liverpool have conceded that many goals in their opening three league trips since 1965.
Klopp added: “I don’t know everything about football, but I could write a book in the next two hours about which space we have to defend, why, when and where you have to be, when you have to push up.
“But you have to do it.”
Klopp confessed his team’s defending made him feel sick as Liverpool crashed out of the Carabao Cup at Leicester on Tuesday.
They gained a 3-2 revenge win in the league on Saturday but got away with it when Simon Mignolet saved a Jamie Vardy penalty.

And Klopp was still not happy with the defending.
Ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League visit to Spartak Moscow he said: “I am responsible, but I can’t take a car and drive my players out of the box.
“Sometimes you need a punch in the face and we’ve already had a few. The main thing for defending is tactical discipline.
“Nineteen years experience, that’s no problem. But you have to do it.
“As long as not every player is doing it we will work on it.”
