YANNICK BOLASIE has returned to training after almost a year out with injury.

The Everton star suffered a horror knee injury on December 5 last year and has not played since.

The skillful winger posted a video to his social media accounts showing him at Finch Farm dancing with the ball at his feet.

He wrote: "To be back on grass is a beautiful thing. #TheComeback"

The DR Congo international is expected to return to full training by November.

Bolasie has missed 37 Everton matches since picking up a knee injury against Manchester United last year - he needed two operations to fix the ligament damage.

Despite heavy investment in the summer, with Ronald Koeman spending almost £140MILLION on a dozen players, the Toffees have been poor this term.

They've won just two of six matches and sit 14th in the table - despite expectations the club should be pushing for European spots.

Former England midfielder Jermaine Jenas believes that Koeman needs the pacey Bolasie, and Seamus Coleman, back in the side as soon as possible.

He said on BBC Radio 5 live: "Of all of the players that they’ve bought, not one of them is quick.

"[Davy] Klaassen, [Gylfi] Sigurdsson and [Wayne] Rooney are identical players, they all do the same thing and all of a sudden they seem like an easier team to play against.

"I think when Seamus Coleman and Yannick Bolasie come back it will make a massive difference."
