ARSENAL had to come from behind at Goodison Park, as they romped to a 5-2 victory against Everton.

Wayne Rooney scored in the 12th minute to open the scoring for the Toffees, before Nacho Monreal equalised before the break.

Mesut Ozil then put the Gunners in front as he headed home after latching onto an Alexis Sanchez cross.

The German then found Alexandre Lacazette in the box, as the striker netter his first ever Premier League away goal.

Substitute Jack Wilshere then sent Aaron Ramsey through on goal, as the Welshman made no mistake to put Arsenal 4-1 up.

Oumar Niasse then netted a consolation strike, after racing onto a poor back pass from Monreal.

Alexis Sanchez then rubbed salt in the wounds of the home side, as he expertly found the bottom left corner from an acute angle deep into injury time.

Boos rung around Goodison after the full-time whistle as Everton drop into the relegation zone.
