TOTTENHAM'S Under-23 side beat rivals Arsenal to move out of the Premier League 2 relegation zone.
Spurs had gone 2-0 up inside 10 minutes but Arsenal battled back before half-time.
But highly rated 18-year-old Marcus Edwards, who made his first-team debut in the League Cup last season, scored from the spot to give Tottenham a much needed win.
Arsenal missed the chance to go level with Liverpool at the top of the table, but slipped to their second defeat in three.
Tottenham, who now have eight points from eight games, picked up their first win in four matches.
Home side Spurs opened the scoring at the club's Enfield training ground through striker Shayon Harrison, who fired in off the post after a pass from Edwards.
