Arsenal missed the chance to go level with Liverpool at the top of the table, but slipped to their second defeat in three.

Tottenham, who now have eight points from eight games, picked up their first win in four matches.

Home side Spurs opened the scoring at the club's Enfield training ground through striker Shayon Harrison, who fired in off the post after a pass from Edwards.

And Samuel Shashoua made it two in two minutes after capitalising on a mistake in the Gunners defence.

But Arsenal soon fought back, John Jules tapping in from close range after Arsenal hit the bar.
