Ex-Arsenal ace Bacary Sagna set to snub Premier League interest and join German side Wolfsburg
Former Manchester City and Gunners defender is currently without a club after his contract ended at the Etihad
BACARY SAGNA is poised to snub his Premier League suitors - with Wolfsburg joining the race for his signature, according to reports.
The former Arsenal and Manchester City star, 34, is a free agent after leaving the Etihad during the summer.
Chelsea, Leicester, West Ham, Brighton and Crystal Palace have since shown interest in signing the right-back.
However Italians Lazio, AC Milan and Inter have also been linked with Sagna, who has won 65 France caps.
And Wolfsburg, currently 14th in Germany's Bundesliga, have now made an approach for the Burgundy-born ace.
New coach Martin Schmidt is understood to be a big admirer of the versatile Sagna, who can also operate in central defence.

And the ex-Gunner would have two compatriots at the Volkswagen Arena in midfielders Paul-Georges Ntep and Joshua Guilavogui.
Liverpool striker Divock Origi is currently on loan to Wolfsburg, while 19-year-old former Arsenal striker Kaylen Hinds is also part of the Germans' squad.

Sagna won the 2014 FA Cup with the Gunners, and the League Cup with City two years later.
He has posted several pictures and videos of himself training on his own as he continues his pursuit for a new club.
