Arsenal legend Robert Pires believes Jose Mourinho could quit Manchester United and join a ‘top club’ like PSG
ARSENAL legend Robert Pires believes Jose Mourinho could quit Manchester United and join a "top club" like PSG.
The French midfielder, 43, revealed it would be great to see the Special One head to the Ligue 1 giants in an incredible swipe at the Old Trafford club.
Pires also added PSG is not an unrealistic option for Mourinho... as the Man United boss has a close relationship with the owner.
Speaking to bwin, Pires claimed: "Why not? It would be great to see Jose Mourinho at a top club like PSG.
"It might be his next job, Jose has good relations with the owner of PSG.
"He loves the big challenge and there's very few bigger challenges now than managing PSG."
Sticking with PSG, Pires also added they are one of the favourites to win the Champions League this season... behind Manchester City.
The ex-Gunners ace revealed: "It's difficult to say.
"You can only go off their performances in the Champions League as Ligue 1 isn't of the same standard.
"They can win the Champions League, but I think they will reach the semi-final.
