MANCHESTER UNITED stars walked out with their mascots' names on the back of their shirts ahead of Saturday's huge clash with Tottenham.
The gesture is part of the "Beautiful Possibilities" initiative by sponsors Chevrolet, which helps offer safer footballing environments for children.
Romelu Lukaku strolled onto the Old Trafford turf for the game with "Crystal 9" on his back, while Marcus Rashford had "Jaydan 19" on his.
The mascots meanwhile had their desired future careers on the back of their tops.
One youngster had "inspire with art" on their back, while another's read "heal injured athletes".
United's players then removed their jerseys and presented them to the mascots as a memento from their once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Also prior to kick-off, Man United and Tottenham's players held a minute's silence to remember those who gave their lives in armed conflict.
United have partaken in the mascot-shirt gesture before.
Last season, the Old Trafford club wore the jerseys and walked out with mascots - who that time wore the players' names - against Leicester.
Also that game, United had held a week of activities for youngsters on the scheme.

Kids from China, Colombia, Mexico, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and the United States were introduced to boss Jose Mourinho and his players at training.
One youngster even had the opportunity to interview the Special One.
Last season in the game against the Foxes, the mascots then had a penalty-shootout at half-time in the game.
