Leicester transfer news: Arsenal and Spurs target Riyad Mahrez ‘determined to quit Leicester regardless of contract’
The Algerian is reportedly desperate to get out of the King Power as he insists he is still determined to 'reach the top'
RIYAD MAHREZ still remains determined to "reach the top" and quit Leicester regardless of his City contract.
It was not only his new bleached blonde hair that made him stand out against Burnley on Saturday as he produced another man of the match display.
That continued the Algerian's recent fine form for the Foxes but his days could be numbered with the transfer window opening on January 1.
And despite recent claims from the 26-year-old that he was settled under new boss Claude Puel - who has vowed to "seduce" him into stay - the star wants out.
Mahrez made the his desire to play at a higher level clear during an interview with the Daily Mail on Saturday.
And his latest comments will be causing Puel concern after Leicester's recent revival.
Mahrez also has recently recruited a new agent after joining the Sports Invest stable that includes clients such as Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho and Chelsea duo David Luiz and Willian.
The 2016 Premier League winner, who also scooped the PFA Player of the Year award in that remarkable campaign, handed in a transfer request last summer.

That followed on from his strike against Tottenham last week to help Leicester claim a 2-1 win.
