Jose Mourinho jokes that David De Gea is third best goalkeeper at Man Utd

JOSE MOURINHO was good for a laugh when asked about the qualities of his Spanish keeper David De Gea.
The United stopper is regarded as the best keeper at Old Trafford - and one of the best in the world.
But not as far as a tongue in cheek Mourinho was concerned.
"My goalkeeper is always the best goalkeeper in the world. So now David is the third best," joked the Red Devils boss.
"[Sergio] Romero is number one and Joel [Pereira] number two, and David is the third best."
Perhaps boss Mourinho was implying that Romero will be between the sticks for United's Champions League clash with CSKA Moscow on Tuesday.
But it seems Sergio Romero is the current No 1 keeper at Old Trafford
That would make him United's current No 1, with Pereira No 2 if he sits on the bench whilst De Gea is rested.
De Gea could probably do with a break. Against Arsenal at the weekend he equalled the Premier League record with 14 saves in a 3-1 United win.
He told MUTV he felt unbeatable.
“Sometimes, you just start a game with a really good save, with a good feeling," he said.
“You feel that (unbeatable) but we started the game really well, we scored two important goals and it’s true that we lost a bit of control of the game after, but it was a good performance.”
The only thing he didn't keep out at the Emirates was a close range effort from Alexandre Lacazette.
Now he will look forward to keeping that standard up in the Manchester derby on Sunday.
