Stoke manager Mark Hughes has two games to save his job after loss to Burnley
The Potters have lost four of their last five Premier League games and are just two points above the drop zone
MARK HUGHES has been given two games to save his job, according to reports.
Hughes has to deliver in the Premier League matches against West ham and West Brom or he could be dumped.
The Welshman's job is on the line following the 1-0 defeat away at Burnley on Tuesday.
Despite extensive signings in the summer with the arrival of midfielder Darren Fletcher and defender Kurt Zouma, the Potters have lost four of their last five Premier League games and are just two points above the relegation zone.
Stoke have only won four games all season and they are having their worst start to a campaign since winning promotion in 2008.
They have also conceded 36 goals this term, the highest in the top-flight

TalkSport claims the next two games are the most critical of Hughes' tenure.
Hughes has been at the helm at the Bet365 stadium since 2013.
He has guided the club to three back-to-back ninth place finishes.
Stoke chairman Peter Coates has played down suggestion of Mark Hughes being sacked but it is understood Hughes is two bad games away from the axe.
Speaking after Stoke's loss to Burnley, he said: “I don’t know what all the fuss is about, there is plenty of time.
“We were in a similar situation last season and came through it.”
He also denied that Hughes's future was dependant on the next two games.
He added: “I wouldn’t say anything of the kind – they are just two games. The situation is no different to before the Burnley game.”
