Arsenal news: Gunners to make £42.5m bid for PSV star Hirving Lozano as Alexis Sanchez replacement
Mexico international Lozano has taken to his debut season in the Dutch top flight by storm with 10 goals in his first 13 appearances
ARSENAL have found their replacement for wantaway star Alexis Sanchez in PSV Eindhoven winger Hirving Lozano, according to reports.
The Mexican international is earning rave reviews after starring in the Eredivisie this season.
Boss Arsene Wenger fears he could lose Sanchez in January with the Chilean refusing to put pen-to-paper on a new contract.
It will be the last chance for the Gunners to cash in on the 29-year-old or face losing him for nothing in the summer.
But a replacement has already been touted in 22-year-old Lozano, reports Mexican journalist Cesar Luis Merlo.
The flying winger, also nicknamed 'Chucky', has bagged 10 goals and assisted three in his first 12 appearances for PSV.
What's more impressive is that Lozano is playing in his debut season in the Dutch top flight.
He moved to PSV from Mexican side Pachuca this summer after he won the Golden Boot as the competitions top scorer in the CONCACAF Champions League.
Despite his age, Lozano has already racked up 24 caps for Mexico and averages a goal just over every three matches.
