'Astonishing' Gunners' transfer policy could see them lose two 'quality' players at end of the season - for nothing
THIERRY HENRY has laid into Arsenal over their "astonishing" handling of the Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil transfer sagas.
Both players are out of contract in the summer with neither even close to signing up again.
It means striker Sanchez and midfielder Ozil will be free to leave the Emirates for NOTHING at the end of the season.
Manchester City have been strongly linked with Sanchez, and Manchester United and Barcelona with Ozil.
And Henry, the Gunners record scorer, thinks his old club should listen to offers and perhaps cash in on the duo in January.
He told Sky Sports: "We are talking about something they created themselves. You are going to miss Sanchez if he leaves and you are going to miss Ozil, because they are quality players.

"Now, are you not going to get any money for them either?
"If something is coming now, you have to at least get some money, because you are going to lose them anyway at the end.

When Henry was sold by Arsenal to Barcelona in 2007 the Gunners trousered £16.1million for him.
He makes the point that while they lost a player who scored 174 goals in 254 Premier League outings, at least they cashed in.

He added: "It's astonishing to me. How? [Robin] van Persie went, I went.
"A lot of players went, but you got money for them. These guys might go on a free.

Sanchez scored twice in Thursday night's 3-2 win at Crystal Palace but there was muted celebration by his teammates over his first goal.
That suggested dressing room unrest as the Chilean's transfer situation rolls on.
