Wayne Rooney ignored Paul Pogba in the tunnel before Manchester United’s win at Everton
Fans said Pogba looked keen to shake hands with the former United skipper - but he 'wasn't having it'
WAYNE ROONEY snubbed a handshake with former team-mate Paul Pogba in the tunnel at Goodison Park.
Rooney and Pogba were the two captains for the game between Everton and Manchester United.
But while Pogba looked relaxed in the tunnel, shaking hands with a number of players and bouncing around, Rooney appeared fully focused - barely even looking at the French midfielder.
Pogba appeared to want to talk with Rooney, but got nothing from England's record goal scorer.
And it didn't go unnoticed.
Fans on social media were quick to point out the lack of affection from Rooney to Pogba.

Despite Rooney's focused approach to the game, it was Pogba and Manchester United who dominated at Goodison Park.
Jose Mourinho's team ended their four match wait for a win, beating the Toffees 2-0.
Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard scored for the visitors.
Pogba was the game's standout player, being named man of the match for a brilliant individual performance.
He celebrated that by giving his shirt to one of the ball boys at full-time.
Rooney, meanwhile, only last an hour after making little impact.
The pair did embrace during the course of the game.
Mourinho launched a scathing attack on Paul Scholes, after continued criticism from the United legend.
The Portuguese said: "It’s not Paul’s fault he made much more money than Paul Scholes. It’s just the way football is."
Scholes had claimed United looked "dead" in their 0-0 draw with Southampton.
"It didn’t look like the performance of tired boys," added Mourinho after the Everton win.
"The only thing Paul Scholes does is criticise.
"I don’t think he comments, he criticises, which is a different thing.
