Crystal Palace in talks with Ipswich to sign keeper Bartosz Bialkowski with Championship club holding out for £4million
The south London club are desperate to sign a new No1 and the Tractor Boys are resigned to losing him
CRYSTAL PALACE are in talks to sign Ipswich keeper Bartosz Bialkowski.
The south London club are desperate to sign a new No1 and are prepared to pay £3.5million but Ipswich want over £4m.
Bialkowski, 30, who joined from Notts Country in 2014, has been a consistent performer for Mick McCarthy at Portman Road.
Ipswich are resigned to losing him but would rather keep Bialkowski until the end of the season.
Palace boss Roy Hodgson, despite overseeing an improvement in results, is keen to bring in a new keeper as he is unsure over both Wayne Hennessey and Julian Speroni.
Bialkowski spent six years at Southampton before joining County in 2012.
