JACK WILSHERE must pass a full medical AND take a 20 per cent pay cut to stay at Arsenal.
The injury-hit midfielder’s £90,000-a-week contract runs out this summer and he can quit the club on a free transfer.
But Wilshere, 26, has started the Gunners’ last eight games and boss Arsene Wenger is offering him a new deal — with two conditions.
A source at Arsenal revealed: “The club want Jack to stay but have to make sure he is over the problems he has suffered over the past few years.
“If Jack was to join another club he would have to go through a full medical. So this is nothing different from what would happen elsewhere.
“The wages offered reflect a player who has been injured a lot.

The England star won 34 caps but has not played for the Three Lions since the Euro 2016 finals.
