Manchester United star Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s agent Mino Raiola in London to finalise Arsenal transfer
Super-agent in talks with Gunners to thrash out personal terms ahead of transfer which will see Alexis Sanchez go other way
HENRIKH MKHITARYAN'S agent Mino Raiola is in London to complete his Arsenal transfer.
According to Calciomercato, Raiola is in talks with the Gunners to thrash out personal terms.
Alexis Sanchez has already agreed to join Manchester United on a staggering £505,000-a-week deal, with Mkhitaryan moving the other way.
In his press conference today, Gunners boss Arsene Wenger confirmed Sanchez, 29, was being swapped with Mkhi, 28.
He said: "Yes that is my understanding. I like the player.
"The wages will not be a problem."
Raiola, who also represents the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku, yesterday said a deal was "a long way off".
He said: "This is a great deal for Arsenal. They need better, younger players and they have to invest.

“So it’s up to Arsenal to put a deal in place and right now a deal is a long way off.
"Manchester United are not going to sign Sanchez unless Mkhi agrees to join Arsenal.

“Mkhi’s problems at Man Utd are purely related to playing football. He has no problem with the manager, it’s not personal.
“Mkhi has not decided yet [about the move]. He’s going to do what’s best for him. He has a 2½ years left on his contract. He doesn’t have to leave.”
Wenger admitted Sanchez is "likely" to join United, though admitted he could still amazingly play for Arsenal on Saturday.
He said: "Yes, it is likely to happen. Any minute things can break down.
“That’s how the transfer market is. These things are never guaranteed. It can happen, it can as well not happen.
“It is as that stage. If it does not happen, he will play on Saturday.”
