Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has said Eden Hazard is ‘not interested in a move’ after Zinedine Zidane made comments earlier in the week hinting Real Madrid could be preparing a move for the Belgian star.

Hazard has been in excellent form this season, scoring 18 goals as Chelsea close in on the Premier League title and signed a new five-year deal at Stamford Bridge in February.

Madrid reserve team manager Zidane sparked rumours the Spanish side could have the 24-year-old on their summer shopping list when he revealed his admiration for the midfielder.

However, Mourinho is adamant Hazard is going nowhere.

‘We just signed a new contract with him,’ Mourinho said. ‘We didn’t put a gun to his head, he had lots of time to think about it.

‘He likes Chelsea, likes the team and likes the league.

‘He made a commitment to the future by signing a very good contract and I don’t think he’s interested in a move.’
