Manchester United’s superstar signing Romelu Lukaku appears to be settling into to life at his new club after securing a move from Everton.
The Red Devils agreed a fee of around £75million for Lukaku following intense speculation that the striker was set to sign for Premier League rivals Chelsea ahead of the 2017/18 campaign.
United midfielder Paul Pogba has spent much of the summer with Lukaku, with the pair on holiday together in Los Angeles, and the Belgian has now had the chance to meet the rest of his team-mates.
Jose Mourinho’s squad flew out to the United States on Sunday for their pre-season tour and joined up with the duo for training upon their arrival in LA.
Just hours after Lukaku’s opening training session, he messaged Eric Bailly on Instagram: ‘Eric relax we’re teammates now… #ThatLookTho.. #MUTOUR #REDROM #MUFC’
United are set to take on LA Galaxy, Real Salt Lake, Manchester City, Real Madrid and Barcelona in the coming weeks and Lukaku is expected to feature heavily.
The ex-Toffees forward will be desperate to prove to United supporters that he is worth every penny of the £75m they spent on him this summer.
