Chelsea will go up against Arsenal for the Community shield this weekend, hoping to secure a key victory before the new Premier League season commences.

The Blues will be looking to take down their rivals after losing to them a few months ago in the FA Cup final.

It will be a chance for both teams to prove their worth before the new season starts, and to demonstrate just how hard they’ve been training over the summer.

When is the match?

The match will be on Sunday 6 August at Wembley Stadium.

Kick-off will be at 14:00.

Why did they change the kick-off time?

The match was originally planned to start at 15:00, but got moved forward to 14:00.

This was to avoid a clash with the Women’s European Championship final, which could feature England if they win their semi-final on Thursday evening.
