Arsenal youngsters Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah are doing their bit to persuade Manchester City winger Jadon Sancho to make a transfer to the Emirates Stadium.

The 17-year-old is considered a huge talent in English football at the moment, but has been linked for some time with a move away from City as he looks to further his career.

The Sky Blues aren’t known for handing many opportunities to academy players, preferring instead to spend big in the transfer market with the considerable financial backing of their owners.

Sancho has reportedly been in London angling for a move, with both Arsenal and Tottenham linked as being his main suitors at the moment.

Posting on Instagram yesterday, the England youth international suggested something could be in the works as he uploaded a photo of himself at Red Bull Studios, London with the caption: ‘Coming soon !’

Arsenal are more well known for nurturing and developing top young talent, having favoured that approach over big spending for much of the Arsene Wenger era at the club.

Sancho would be another exciting addition if the Gunners could get him, while Nelson himself looks like becoming more of a first-team regular this season after catching the eye in pre-season.
