Could it be fourth time lucky for Arsenal and Julian Draxler following reports claiming Paris Saint-German will listen to offers for the Germany international just six months after they bought him?

The 23-year-old has been coveted by Arsene Wenger for a number of years and he came close to signing the talented forward in January 2014 but failed to agree a fee with Schalke.

Draxler subsequently moved to Wolfsburg and spent two years there before appearing to have found a long-term home in the French capital when he moved there last January in a £36million deal.

The recent world-record signing of Neymar has dramatically changed the picture, however, and Draxler is said to have been deemed surplus to the requirements of Unai Emery.

Arsenal already have an abundance of attacking options at their disposal but nevertheless many Gooners feel it is too good an opportunity to pass up…
