Dele Alli joined an exclusive club of Premier League players with his latest goal for Totttenham.

The England international scored the opening goal of the match as Spurs drew 1-1 with Burnley at Wembley.

He netted in the 49th minute with what looked set to be the winner before Burnley debutant Chris Wood levelled the score in injury time.

It took Alli’s overall Premier League tally to 30 – putting the former MK Dons player in a very select group of footballers who managed to do so before turning 22-years-of-age.

Just seven players had previously achieved the feat, with the star names among them highlighting what a talent Alli is.

Those who managed it before Alli were Robbie Fowler, Michael Owen, Wayne Rooney, Chris Sutton, Romelu Lukaku, Cristiano Ronaldo and Emile Heskey.

Those who scored 30 Premier League before turning 22

Robbie Fowler – 82

Michael Owen – 73

Wayne Rooney – 59

Chris Sutton – 46

Romelu Lukaku – 41

Cristiano Ronaldo – 33

Emile Heskey – 30

Dele Alli – 30

Alli won’t turn 22 until April next year, giving him time to significantly increase his tally before then.
