Liverpool do not have much time to recover from their heavy defeat to Manchester City at the weekend as they take on Sevilla in the Champions League on Wednesday night.

The Reds were battered 5-0 in Manchester on Saturday afternoon and will need a much better performance as they make their return to the top competition in Europe.

Sevilla have made a good start to their La Liga season, picking up seven points from their first three games.

Jurgen Klopp remains with Adam Lallana and Nathaniel Clyne thanks to thigh and back problems respectively.

Danny Ings and Adam Bogdan are also still sidelined thanks to their long-term knee injuries.

Sevilla are only without goalkeeper David Soria who is suffering with a finger injury.
