Arsene Wenger has warned his Arsenal defence that they will be facing a ‘dangerous’ Alvaro Morata in their clash with Chelsea on Sunday.

The 24-year-old has made an excellent start to his career with the Premier League champions, scoring three goals and registering two assists in four appearances.

The Spain international was rested for Chelsea’s 6-0 win over Qarabag in the Champions League on Tuesday but is expected to lead the line for Arsenal’s trip to Stamford Bridge.

And Wenger admits he is impressed by Chelsea’s record signing.

‘He is a player who has a good technical level,’ said the Arsenal manager.

‘He can be good in assists, can be good in the air, and is quite quick and overall is a dangerous player.

‘He can score goals, he has it all in the locker.

‘He played at Juventus, at Real Madrid, they don’t take bad players in those clubs.’
