Sead Kolasinac will be fit for Arsenal’s clash against Watford on Saturday despite being substituted early for Bosnia-Herzegovina on Tuesday evening.

The 24-year-old was brought off at half-time in his nation’s 2-1 victory over Estonia, sparking fears that he could be a new addition to Arsenal’s injury list.

Arsene Wenger will already be without Shkodran Mustafi after he suffered a thigh injury whilst on international duty with Germany, while Laurent Koscielny has been sidelined for over two weeks with an Achilles problem.

But according to The Daily Telegraph, Kolasinac’s injury is ‘nothing severe’ and the left-back will be available for the trip to Vicarage Road.

Kolasinac has made an impressive start to life at Arsenal following his free transfer from Schalke and his Gunners teammate Jack Wilshere has hailed the defender’s impact.

‘Sead’s turned into a real fans’ favourite because he’s no-nonsense, even in training.

‘He’s a natural-born winner. He’s a monster physically and you’d hate to play against him.

‘You look at when the winger receives the ball, he’s onto him, not giving him an inch. He wins the ball back a lot for the team, so he’s doing well.’
