Manchester United have reportedly opened talks with Valencia to sign Carlos Soler.

The Red Devils want to complete the transfer before the summer window opens as they aim to get their business done as soon as possible.

Soler has caught the eye of several big clubs as he has shown for the Spanish Under-21’s and begun featuring regularly for Valencia.

The Daily Mail claim talks have already begun between the two clubs for a player with a £75million buy-out clause.

But, Valencia will not hold potential buyers to that figure, due to financial reasons and United are confident they can snap up Soler for as little as £30m.

Jose Mourinho has asked for the signing of the 20-year-old who he sees as the final addition to his midfield.

Soler would complete United’s midfield three alongside Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic.
