Arsenal recorded yet another victory at the Emirates on Saturday to set a new record.

The Gunners beat Swansea 2-1 after coming from behind following a Sam Clucas goal for the visitors midway through the first half.

Man of the match Sead Kolasinac equalised shortly after half-time and then provided the assist for Aaron Ramsey to score the winner.

The win for Arsenal, which moved them into the top four, was their 13th consecutive victory at the Emirates – a new record.

Manager Arsene Wenger was delighted with the win, saying he believes it shows they have the mental strength that some have questioned.

‘Again we have showed the mental strength to come back and win the game,’ said the Frenchman.

‘I’m convinced that we have proved people wrong at Everton, Norwich and today and that can only make the team stronger.’

On moving into the top four, Wenger said the Gunners could climb even further with third-place Tottenham just a point ahead.

‘We started from deep but have recovered and I think there is more to come.’
