Victor Moses has provided Chelsea fans with an update on his return to fitness.

The full-back has been out of action since picking up a hamstring injury in the 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace earlier this month.

A timeframe on his precise return has been unclear, with manager Antonio Conte saying yesterday that the Nigeria international needs more time.

‘Moses needs more time. We have to take it game by game and try to do our best in every game,’ said the Chelsea boss.

Moses has since posted a video on social media which shows his performing aerobic exercises in a swimming pool.

While this week’s meetings with Roma and Manchester United will come too soon, the update will provide optimism that Moses could return before long – potentially after the upcoming international break.
