West Ham host Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday lunchtime with the Blues looking to close the gap on Manchester United.

Antonio Conte’s men were held to a 1-1 draw by Atletico Madrid at Stamford Bridge and they missed out on top spot in their Champions League group.

However, they will be buoyed by their Premier League form of late and will be hoping to make it three wins out of three.
