Willian has insisted he has no plans to leave Chelsea amid speculation Manchester United are lining up a January bid for the Brazilian.

Jose Mourinho is a big admirer of Willian having worked with him during his time as Chelsea boss and has reportedly already made a enquiry over his availability.

There has also been talk of Palmeiras making a move for Willian, but the Chelsea star has now dismissed those rumours.

‘There was never a contact made with Palmeiras, that’s why I decided to reply politely,’ he said.

‘I just want people to make sure that they know I am very happy at Chelsea.’

Antonio Conte will not want any of his players leaving in January with the Chelsea boss continually complaining of a thin squad.

Willian has spent four years at Chelsea and is currently tied down until 2020 at Stamford Bridge.

The links to United have refused to go away with Mourinho thought to be keen for a reunion with several of his former players including Willian and Arsenal attacker Mesut Ozil.
