‘Cech will cost huge money’ – Arsenal and Liverpool warned over Chelsea goalkeeper

Jose Mourinho has warned any clubs interested in Petr Cech that it will take “huge money” to prise him away from Chelsea.

The 32-year-old has lost his status as first-choice goalkeeper to youngster Thibaut Courtois this season and is being tipped to leave Stamford Bridge in the summer, with Liverpool and Arsenal said to be among a host of sides across Europe monitoring his situation.

Mourinho insists he will not keep Cech against his wishes, but the Blues boss says the club will demand a big fee should he request a move away.

"If he tells me he wants to leave, I will tell him my opinion and my opinion is one of the three best goalkeepers in the world. [So] Huge money," Mourinho said.
