Is this the shock Chelsea side which could stop Liverpool’s march to the title?

How Chelsea’s 2nd string could line up v Liverpool: title handed to the Reds?

Liverpool v Chelsea is live on talkSPORT on Sunday 27 April 2014

Chelsea face a crunch clash with table-toppers Liverpool on Sunday as the Premier League title race threatens to go down to the wire.

The Blues could move to within two points of the Reds should they claim victory at Anfield against Brendan Rodgers’ side, who have won 11 consecutive matches.

But after Jose Mourinho’s side drew 0-0 with Atletico Madrid at the Vicente Calderon on Tuesday night in their Champions League semi-final first leg, the Portuguese manager’s attention has turned fully to the European competition.

Such is the 51-year-old’s hunger to match Bob Paisley’s record of three triumphs in the tournament, he has admitted, if the club gives him their blessing, he will play a second string side on Merseyside this weekend.

“I would play with the players who are not going to play Wednesday [against Atletico Madrid],” said Mourinho.

But could a side full of reserves claim all three points for the west Londoners, or would they make it easier for Liverpool to win the league? talkSPORT looks at how they could line up on Sunday…
