Pedro Martinez Losa: Arsenal Women manager leaves club after three years

Pedro Martinez Losa has left his post as manager of Arsenal Women after three years in charge of the Women's Super League One club.
Spaniard Losa, 41, who arrived in September 2014, oversaw the Gunners' 2016 Women's FA Cup triumph and won the 2015 WSL Continental Cup (League Cup).
Arsenal, sixth in the WSL 1 table, have picked up four points from their first three games of the 2017-18 season.
Assistant coach Ismael Garcia has been placed in temporary charge of the team.
"Pedro has taken us through a significant period of change and has helped put in the foundations for further success in the future," Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis said.
"We are grateful for all of Pedro's hard work over the past three seasons."
Losa won three domestic women's top-flight titles during a five-year spell with Spanish side Rayo Vallecano and spent time in the United States as Western New York Flash's assistant coach, before taking over at Arsenal.
He led Arsenal - the most decorated women's club in English women's football history - to third-placed finishes in three consecutive campaigns, each time finishing behind title rivals Chelsea and Manchester City.
