Chelsea secured a 4-0 win over Stoke City at the Bet365 Stadium on Saturday, with Alvaro Morata helping himself to a hat-trick.

Morata and Pedro bagged the first two goals of the game in the first half, with the former taking just two minutes to get on the mark while Pedro produced a great finish to double their lead.

Stoke had their chances in the second half to get back into the game but were unable to take them as Chelsea held firm at the back before Morata took over and completed a brilliant hat-trick to take our Man of the Match award.

The 24-year-old took his tally up to six goals in seven appearances for the Blues, as he continues to prove that he can lead the line for them this season and score goals consistently.

Having sealed victory, Chelsea move back up to third place in the Premier League table for the time being and Antonio Conte will undoubtedly be delighted with what he saw from his players as they passed a tough test on the road.

Morata takes the plaudits though, as he will be buoyed by this performance as it certainly proves that he can establish himself as the new hero for the Chelsea faithful this season.

Marcos Alonso and Willian were arguably the two most disappointing Chelsea players to come away from the game, but the result will be all that matters for them too.

Chelsea ratings: Courtois 6, Moses 6, Rudiger 8, Christensen 8, Azpilicueta 9, Alonso 6, Kante 8, Bakayoko 8, Willian 6, Pedro 7, Morata 10.

Substitutes: Cahill 6, Fabregas 7, Hazard 7.
