Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois reportedly feels he may need to seal a transfer away from the club in order to fulfil his dream of winning the Champions League.
This looks a real blow for Antonio Conte as the Belgium international heads worryingly closer to the end of his contract at Stamford Bridge.
Courtois, 25, is one of the best goalkeepers in Europe at the moment, but would be free to walk away from the Blues at the end of next season if no agreement can be reached before then.

According to Don Balon, Courtois is not confident he can win the Champions League with Chelsea, which gives Real Madrid added hope of snapping him up.
The report claims Courtois has now replaced Manchester United’s David de Gea as Real’s top target for next season as Florentino Perez seeks to replace Keylor Navas.
Courtois has also been quoted in the Daily Mail that he’s in no rush to discuss a new deal with Chelsea, which could spell real trouble for Conte and his bid to deliver major silverware to Chelsea.
