Tottenham are assessing Hugo Lloris amid fears they will be without their captain for two London derbies, including their crunch trip to Arsenal in two weeks.
France manager Didier Deschamps revealed yesterday Lloris suffered a thigh injury during Wednesday night’s Champions League 3-1 win over Real Madrid, ruling the goalkeeper out of their international friendlies with Wales and Germany.
It is set to see the 30-year-old miss Tottenham’s Premier League game against Crystal Palace on Sunday and possibly their trip to Arsenal on November 18. They then face Borussia Dortmund three days later in Europe’s elite competition.

Deschamps said Lloris would be unavailable for a ‘minimum of two weeks’ but Mauricio Pochettino will provide an update at his press conference today.
Losing the shot-stopper would come as a blow to Spurs, with them attempting to catch up with the two Manchester clubs in the Premier League.
‘Hugo injured himself yesterday,’ Deschamps said. ‘He underwent tests this morning that confirm a tear in his adductor.
‘If Hugo had been there (in the France squad) Steve Mandanda would have played a match anyway because it was important to give him one. Now he’ll play at least one. After we’ll see.’
Tottenham also lost Toby Alderweireld during their win over Real as the defender was taken off in the first half at Wembley.
