Wayne Rooney appears to be enjoying the off-season as the Manchester United forward spent time frolicking on a jet-ski in the Caribbean.

The United skipper is with wife Coleen and their three sons Kai, Klay and Kit on an idyllic island.

He donned some dark shades whilst motoring around the shoreline and also posed for a family photo on the beach.

The striker carved up on his jet-ski but his thrills on the pitch have been limited this season.

Jose Mourinho has preferred to field the likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcus Rashford, leading to speculation that Rooney's time at the club is coming to an end.

He has previously said that he will decide his future after speaking to his family on holiday.

The Manchester United striker sped about in the serene surrounding of the Caribbean

The 31-year-old confirmed that he has received a number of offers and has 'more or less' decided on his next move.

Rooney will be playing in Michael Carrick's testimonial at Old Trafford on Sunday in what could be his last appearance at the famous ground.

He will line up alongside the likes of Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs and Paul Scholes in a team managed by Sir Alex Ferguson.

No doubt Rooney will savour the opportunity to contribute to Carrick's big day on an occasion which will raise significant funds for charities chosen by the midfielder's foundation.
