Thibaut Courtois and Kevin De Bruyne combined to allow the striker to steal the ball and tap home from close range.

A raft of changes at half-time did the trick for the Belgians, with Marouane Fellaini heading home Dries Mertens' to send them ahead for the second time in Brussels.

The Czechs were unlucky not to walk away with at least a draw from the King Baudouin Stadium after they twice hit the post with low shots.
