SIMON JONES: Roma are to offer £30million to Nice for midfielder Jean Michael Seri. Nice have been holding out for his buy-out clause of £35m but know the player is keen to move to Italy and sign a five year contract.
Roma plan to offset the cost by selling Mohamed Salah to Liverpool for around £36million including add-ons.
Liverpool retain an interest in Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain at Arsenal and Leicester City's £50m-rated Riyad Mahrez to a degree though Arsenal are still expected to lead the bidding for the Algerian.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has not received an offer from AC Milan but if former chief executive Adriano Galliani was still at the club he'd already have moved to the San Siro - according to his agent Mino Raiola.
'Ibra is fine, he's received so many offers, from the US and beyond,' Raiola told Gazzetta dello Sport.
'He's certainly not going to Napoli. Milan haven't asked me about him. With Galliani, he'd already be there.'
Ibrahimovic played in Serie A previously with Milan, Inter and Juventus - he is set to leave Manchester United when his contract expires after one year with Jose Mourinho's men.
SIMON JONES: Chelsea midfielder Izzy Brown is discussing a permanent £8.5million move to Huddersfield Town.
The 20-year-old had an impressive season on loan at the John Smith's Stadium under David Wagner and is keen to continue progressing during their debut Premier League season.
Brown, an England U20 international, scored five goals last season and Huddersfield hope a deal can be concluded alongside the £10m signing of Aaron Mooy from Manchester City.
Huddersfield had a £7.2m bid rejected by Derby County for Tom Ince last week and are among the number clubs showing interest in signing Manchester City's Patrick Roberts though he is likely to go elsewhere should City decide to sell.
SIMON JONES: Leicester goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler has asked to leave as the club line up Eldin Jakupovic from Hull City.
Zieler joined for £2.6million from Hannover last summer but has grown frustrated with his lack of opportunities and is weighing up a return to Germany.
Leicester, who will appoint Michael Appleton as assistant to Craig Shakespeare today, are looking to sign Jakupovic for £1.7million though Watford manager Marco Silva is also an admirer of the Swiss international who did well for him at Hull.
Barcelona defender Lucas Digne has moved to dismiss talk of him leaving the Nou Camp this summer despite a mixed debut season in Spain.
'Of course I stay at Barca,' he told Mundo Deportivo. 'I only have one approach, one plan, and it’s playing at Barca in the next few years.
'Nothing else is in discussion. I have heard rumours about my exit, but that is rubbish, fake stories.'
SIMON JONES: Chelsea hope to confirm the signing of veteran goalkeeper Willy Caballero in the coming days.
The Argentine who was released by Manchester City has already agreed terms and is understood to have passed a medical ahead of joining as a replacement for Asmir Begovic.
The 35-year-old also had interest from Newcastle United and from Boca Juniors in Argentina.
SIMON JONES: Southampton's Jay Rodriguez is wanted by West Bromwich Albion, Burnley and Newcastle United.
The 27-year-old is ready to make a fresh start this summer and Southampton will look to sell for around £15million.
Albion manager Tony Pulis bid for the former England U21 international in January and will revive that interest this summer.
Stoke have also been linked with Rodriguez but are not in the running at this stage. Rodriguez made 34 apperances last season and scored six goals.
SIMON JONES: Burnley have discussed a move for Everton midfielder James McCarthy.
The clubs are in contact over the prospective sale of Michael Keane to Everton and Burnley are keen to take McCarthy either as part of that deal or separately.
McCarthy is ready to leave Everton this summer and has interest from Newcastle United and Aston Villa among others but Everton have been looking for more than £20m for the Republic of Ireland international.
The 26-year-old, who joined from Wigan in 2013 for £13m, may not be so keen on a switch to Burnley even though Sean Dyche is looking to strengthen his squad with a number of new signings this summer. Steven Defour is also looking to leave.
Lazio are worried they may lose Keita Balde this summer with reports in Italy suggesting the star striker has a pre-contract agreement with Juventus.
Balde enjoyed a stunning end to the season with Lazio in Serie A, scoring eight goals in the last six matches of the season including a double in the 3-1 Derby della Capitale victory over Roma.
And Corriere dello Sport have reported that the 22-year-old's form has alerted the attentions of Serie A champions Juve, who have an agreement to sign the Senegal international ahead of his deal expiring next season.
Rangers have signed Alfredo Morelos from HJK Helsink on a three year contract
Columbia Under-20 international Morelos joins Pedro Caixinha's side as they continue their busy summer of activity.
The striker is Rangers' sixth arrival already after Fabio Cardoso, Bruno Alves, Ryan Jack, Daniel Candeias and Dalcio.
From north of the border, Scottish Championship side Falkirk have signed Alex Harris from Hibernian.
The 22-year-old joins the Bairns on a two-year-deal after leaving Hibs at the end of the season.
Harris is a former Scotland Under-19 international who plays in central or the right side of midfield.
Swansea are keen on signing Chelsea youngster Tammy Abraham - who enjoyed a terrific season on loan with Bristol City scoring 23 goals in the Championship.
The Swans chairman told the BBC: 'He’s a young and up and coming player we are interested in. Tammy does not have Premier League experience, but we are interested.
'Paul [Clement] knows him from Chelsea. If you look at the options which have been publicised, Brighton, Newcastle and ourselves, so it is left to Tammy and his family to decide where he wants to go next.'
Manchester United made Victor Lindelof their first signing of the transfer window last week but it seems unlikely their business will conclude there.
The Red Devils have already tabled a bid for Real Madrid forward Alvaro Morata and are keen on wrapping up a deal for Inter winger Ivan Perisic - while a move for former Old Trafford favourite Cristiano Ronaldo remains an outside possibility.
Here, Sportsmail's ADAM CRAFTON has assessed the likelihood of all those deals happening and more as he runs the rule over the potential arrivals at Old Trafford.
Charlton have signed Reading forward Tariqe Fosu on a two-year deal, the club have announced.
The 21-year-old signs for the League One outfit on an undisclosed fee - he was previously on loan at Accrington and Fleetwood.
Fosu can play on either wing or as a striker according to Charlton's website.
Everton's newest signing Sandro Ramirez is largely unknown to English football fans having only risen to prominence this season with Malaga.
The forward became the Toffees third signing of the window after Davy Klaassen and Jordan Pickford also joined Ronald Koeman's side.
But for those wanting to know more about the 21-year-old, Sportsmail's PETE JENSON has provided a handy profile.
Barcelona look set to activate their buyback clause on former player Gerard Delofeu.
The Catalan giants sold Deulofeu to Everton in July 2015 but he has struggled to establish himself at Goodison Park and was sent out on loan to AC Milan in January.
And according to reports the midfielder is now set to return to the Nou Camp - in a £10.5million deal due to a buyback clause in his contract.
Deulofeu is currently with Spain Under 21s at the European Championships in Poland.
Carles Gil is attracting interest from two clubs in Spain, according to Estadio Deportivo.
The Aston Villa midfielder spent last season on loan with Deportivo La Coruna and the La Liga outfit are interested in securing him on a permanent deal.
However they reportedly face competition from Real Betis for the 24-year-old - who looks set to leave Steve Bruce's side.
Juventus are reportedly lining up Mattia de Sciglio as a replacement for Dani Alves, with their right back being targeted by Manchester City.
City are keen on signing Alves on a short-term deal, with Pep Guardiola seeking a reunion with the player he managed at Barcelona.
And according to Gazzetta dello Sport the Serie A champions are chasing AC Milan defender De Sciglio to fill the void left by Alves - should he leave Turin.
Stoke are hopeful of extending Ryan Shawcross's contract at the club with the captain's deal set to expire next season.
'When you've got important players, you want to do something sooner rather than later,' Stoke chief executive Tony Scholes told The Sentinel.
'But that is a very simple statement about what can be a very complicated and long process.
'There's always talks. People talk about "have talks started?" We've been in contact.
'He's been a great player for the club, he's been here a number of years now, been a huge part of what the club has achieved over the years and we hope that will remain the case for many years to come.'
SIMON JONES: Tottenham Hotspur will not put a price on Eric Dier as they have no intention of selling the England international.
Manchester United are keen on Dier and believe the 23-year-old is open to joining them as he would be allowed to play in his favoured central midfield position and be offered substantially better wages.
However manager Mauricio Pochettino will not want to listen to bids for a player who has been crucial in successive second place Premier League finishes for Spurs.
One place Ronaldo will not be going is Bayern Munich, according to the club's chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.
The Bundesliga champions have wholeheartedly denied they are interested in signing the Real Madrid superstar in a post on their website entitled 'hoax of the day.'
'We're used to being the subject of intense transfer speculation during transfer windows,' Rummenigge said in a statement.
'Normally we don't comment on rumours, but in this case, we would like to make our position on Cristiano Ronaldo absolutely clear: This rumour is completely unfounded and must be consigned to the realms of fantasy.'
AC Milan are considering Genoa goalkeeper Mattia Perin as they brace themselves for the loss of Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Donnarumma has informed Milan he will not sign a new deal at the San Siro, with just one year remaining on the 18-year-old's contract.
And Milan CEO Marco Fassone had confirmed he is already looking for replacement for Donnarumma, who is being chased by Real Madrid.
'Perin’s a possibility, especially if he’s solved his physical problems,' Fassone told Sky Italia.
'At the moment, [sporting director Massimiliano] Mirabelli’s considering a long list of goalkeeper and he’ll need two more days to whittle it down to the two most appropriate names.'
Cristiano Ronaldo is said to be unhappy that he is facing proceedings over a claim that he owes £13million in taxes and has warned he will leave Spain if he is convicted of tax fraud.
Should he leave the Bernabeu, former club Manchester United appear front of the queue to sign Ronaldo, who scored twice in Real Madrid's Champions League final victory over Juventus.
But Ronaldo and Jose Mourinho had a testing relationship during their spell together at Real Madrid from 2010 to 2013 and PETE JENSON explains why a fairytale return to Old Trafford may not be what the 32-year-old wants.
Ousmane Dembele has reportedly emerged as a potential replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, should the Portuguese superstar leave Real Madrid.
Manchester United are chasing their former player Ronaldo after it emerged he was upset with the latest accusations from Spanish authorities over alleged tax evasion.
And Diario Gol report that Madrid's top target to replace the Ballon d'Or holder would be Borussia Dortmund forward Dembele, who scored the winner in France's 3-2 friendly victory over England last week.
As expected, Real Madrid have announced that Florentino Perez has been re-elected as president of Los Blancos after running unopposed.
A club statement read: 'In Madrid, on 19 June 2017, at 00:01 hours, the electoral board of Real Madrid met at their headquarters in order to deal with and decide the issues listed below.
'As no other candidature was put forward to the board and by virtue of article 40, paragraph E, item 2 of the current articles of association within the club, is it proclaimed that Mr Florentino Perez Rodriguez is president of Real Madrid.'
With Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain growing increasingly frustrated at his bit-part Arsenal role, this summer could see the winger move on to pastures new.
If he leaves the Emirates he is likely to stay in the Premier League, but where will he be come the first game of the 2017-18 season?
Sportsmail's BEN NAGLE has assessed the 23-year-old's options.
Everton's Romelu Lukaku would be the perfect replacement for Diego Costa, according to former Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole, who was speaking to Goal.
Cole believes Lukaku is suited to fill the void left by the outgoing Costa but he also insists Manchester City's Sergio Aguero and Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez have the quality to fill the void left by the Spain international.
However Cole does not believe Real Madrid's Alvaro Morata should be on their list - because he has never previously played in England.
PETE JENSON: If Cristiano Ronaldo's leaked desire to leave Real Madrid was intended to create a wave of pressure on the club from supporters to not allow him to leave, so far it's not working.
Diario AS polled 7,500 fans on their website on Sunday and 81 per cent replied 'No' to the question: Is Ronaldo's rage was understandable?
Marca columnist Roberto Palomar wrote in his long-running and respected weekly 'I don't like Mondays' column: 'The president [Florentino Perez] should not worry about being the man who sells a club legend. If he goes down on to the street and has a coffee with supporters he will soon find out whose side they are on.'
SAMI MOKBEL: West Ham starlet Reece Oxford has arrived in Germany to complete a season-long loan move to Borussia Monchengladbach.
The 18-year-old has flown over for advanced talks with the Bundesliga club and is expected to agree a deal for the entirety of next season.
Oxford is tipped as a future West Ham and England captain but the Hammers want their teenager to gain regular first-team football next season.
Marco Verratti is reportedly considering skipping training with Paris Saint-Germain to force through a move to Barcelona.
The Italy international has attracted interest from the Catalan giants, who are looking to strengthen after a season where they missed out on both La Liga and the Champions League.
And L’Equipe claim that Verratti is willing to miss the July 4 start of training camp at the Ligue 1 side to engineer his dream move to Barcelona.
Real Madrid have 'finalised' an agreement to sign Atletico Madrid defender Theo Hernandez, accoring to Madrid-based newspaper Marca.
The Champions League holders will pay £22.7m, which is £1.7m above the 19-year-old's buyout clause, over four separate instalments.
Hernandez is expected to be unveiled as a Real Madrid player in July.
WILL GRIFFEE: Super-agent Mino Raiola has spoken out against the 'hostile and violent' treatment of of AC Milan goalkeeper and client Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Raiola told Sky Sports Italia: 'He was ready to sign a new contract, there were no doubts in his mind. They forced us to abandon the negotiations because of the environment created around him.
'I take the responsibility. They forced us. It was Milan that lost Donnarumma. He said to me, "honestly Mino, I don't feel it is right to carry on negotiations when these people are insulting and threatening me and my family".'
Raiola added: 'The situation had become too violent and hostile, so there was no way out. We were threatened. Donnarumma's family was threatened, both with not playing anymore and threatened with death. You can't keep a player by threatening him.'
'Now there is a genuine risk he could miss a year. His quality makes that improbable, but this is already on the verge of bullying.'
SAM MORSHEAD: Alex Sandro has been offered a new contract by Juventus amid increasing interest from Chelsea, according to reports in Italy.
The Brazilian full back has emerged as a top target for Blues boss Antonio Conte in recent days but Juve do not want to lose the 26-year-old.
Tuttosport now claim the Old Lady have put fresh terms on the table for Sandro to consider in an effort to ward off the English champions.
DANNY GALLAGHER: Manchester United are reported to be readying an eye-watering bid comprising David de Gea and a cash sum in exchange for Real Madrid duo Cristiano Ronaldo and Alvaro Morata.
United are willing to place £183million on the table alongside their prized asset De Gea in order to tempt the Spanish giants into parting with two of their elite names, according to reports in Italy.
Ronaldo is believed to want to leave Spanish football after becoming embroiled in tax-fraud speculation and perceiving a lack of support from his club as a result.
Hello and welcome to Sportsmail's live coverage of all the transfer news from the Premier League and around Europe.
One of the most coveted targets this summer will be Monaco's 18-year-old forward Kylian Mbappe and there have been reports in Spain that he has decided that the only club he would move to is Champions League holders Real Madrid.
Mbappe has been linked with a number of other clubs around Europe, including Arsenal and Liverpool, but the France international has his heart set on a move to the Bernabeu, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.
Kylian Mbappe is wanted by a host of top European clubs during the summer transfer window
