Manchester United have been handed a boost in their pursuit of highly-rated Monaco star Fabinho.
The Brazilian defensive midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford this summer, in a big money move from French champions Monaco.
And Jose Mourinho will take heart from the most recent comments of the 23-year-old, who has spoken of the prospect of donning the famous red shirt next season.

Speaking in a interview with Esporte Interativo Fabinho opened up on United's interest and the necessary steps he would have to take as a player before any move could be considered.
'It's a tempting invitation,' said Fabinho.
'I would first talk to my agent, Monaco too, to decide everything right.
'But it's a great club, sure enough I would think well about it,' the Brazilian added.
Fabinho made 37 Ligue 1 appearances last term, scoring nine goals for Leonardo Jardim's Ligue 1 champions.

The defender was also an instrumental part of the Monaco side who surged to the semi-final stage of the Champions League, before coming unstuck against Italian giants Juventus.
Mourinho is keen to further bolster his defensive ranks following the arrival of Sweden international Victor Lindelof.
The 22-year-old is expected form the base of the United defence next season, while Fabinho or other potential candidates may be required as attacking outlets out wide.
