The 26-year-old joins on a two-year deal.
Biamou scored 14 goals for Sutton last season, including three in their memorable Emirates FA Cup run.
Leeds United have signed former Liverpool midfielder Madger Gomes on a free transfer.
The 20-year-old Spaniard has penned a three-year contract following his release from Anfield.
